Inspired by the concept of a boutique hotel, the centerpiece of the house is a double-height central space that features a spacious living room on the ground floor and an open balcony-style corridor on the upper floor, where six bedrooms are located. These rooms are designed with a minimalist and elegant style, prioritizing noble materials, neutral colors, and warm, indirect lighting to create an atmosphere of calm and sophistication.​ The kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances and unique features, is a dream for culinary enthusiasts. Designed as the heart of the house, it connects seamlessly with three dining areas: an indoor dining room, an outdoor porch, and a central island. This space, both functional and aesthetically impeccable, allows for enjoying the kitchen while staying connected with the rest of the house and the outdoors.
