When walking along the coast, we usually focus mainly on the sea. Few people stop to smell or taste all those herbs and flowers that fill the path of Mediterranean aromas and flavors. Guided by Iolanda Bustos, known as the flower chef, you will go on a different walk, visiting some coves and coastal paths where you can savor the landscape with all your senses. You will discover the edible flora that nature gives us in these wonderful corners of the Empordà. After the walk, we will enjoy a good aperitif made with plants from the same place and paired with el Xampanyet de sauco (sparkling) and vermouth (wine macerated in herbs), both also made by Iolanda.
